Member Activities

The World Cocoa Foundation encourages the active involvement of its member company representatives.

• World Cocoa Foundation Board Membership: Board meetings are held twice each year to discuss vision, strategic direction and program progress, and to approve budgets.
• Strategic Direction: Participate in committees focused on Africa, Southeast Asia, the Americas, and Research. These committees meet regularly to review programs and provide strategic guidance.
• World Cocoa Foundation Partnership Meetings: Partnership meetings are held over two days immediately following the board meeting. The meetings attract a wide range of organizations and individuals including development agencies, industry members, producing country governments, research institutes and non-governmental organizations. Topics covered include program updates as well as issues and topics of importance to cocoa sustainability.
